🌱 Beta Tester Agreement

Please read and sign before accessing Plant Your Thoughts.

1. Proprietary Property

Plant Your Thoughts ("PYT") is the exclusive intellectual property of Seven Seas Ventures. The application, its name, design, features, brand, characters, code, and all associated content are proprietary and protected. No portion of PYT may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, or redistributed in any form without express written permission from the owner.

2. Confidentiality — This Is Private

This is a private, invitation-only beta. By accessing PYT you agree to: keep your personal access link strictly private; not discuss, post about, screenshot, or publicly reference PYT, its features, or its content during the beta; not describe PYT's design, functionality, or branding to anyone who is not an invited beta tester; and treat all information about PYT as confidential business information belonging to Seven Seas Ventures.

3. Beta Software

PYT is pre-release software provided for testing. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice; you may encounter bugs (please report them); data from the beta period may be cleared or reset before commercial launch; and PYT is provided "as-is" with no warranties of any kind.

4. Your Privacy & Your Ideas

Your Seeds and ideas are your own private content. PYT's administrator can see only anonymous usage counts — never your seed titles, content, or personal data. Your information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.

5. Feedback License

By submitting feedback during the beta, you agree that Seven Seas Ventures may use your suggestions to improve and develop the product. No additional compensation is owed for feedback beyond your complimentary beta access.

6. Non-Transferable Access

Your beta invitation is personal and non-transferable. You may not invite others, share your access link, or transfer your access to any other person. Violations may result in immediate removal from the beta.

7. Governing Agreement

This agreement is entered into as of the date you sign below and remains in effect throughout the beta period. Your electronic signature below constitutes a legally binding acceptance of these terms under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

I have read and agree to the Plant Your Thoughts Beta Tester Agreement. I understand this app is the private, proprietary property of Seven Seas Ventures, and I will keep all access and information strictly confidential.

Oh — about my name. Thalio comes from Thales, the very first philosopher, the one who got people everywhere asking “Why?” — joined with Elio, meaning sun and light. So I’m the first little spark of curiosity. A fitting name for the sprout who helps your thoughts grow. 🌱

I'm here to help you plant, water, grow, and harvest your ideas.

When you want to plant a new Seed, click the 🌱 button or Thalio and start talking — or typing.

When you want to add to an idea, click 💧 Water This Seed to help it grow.

As your idea develops, you can choose its growth stage — from 🌱 Seed all the way to 🌳✨ Mighty Oak.

Once you know how your garden works, I'll give you the freedom to grow on your own.

I'll always be nearby if you need me. 🌿

🌿 One honest thing before you start

I'm still growing too — and a few of my leaves aren't quite unfurled yet:

🎤 Voice typing works! In Chrome, tap a mic button and just talk. On an iPhone it can be hit-or-miss — there, tap your keyboard's little mic key instead. Same result either way.
🔊 I forget how loud you like me. Turn my volume down and I'll creep back up next visit. Just slide me back — I'll learn eventually.
🌱 Things will change under your feet. That's on purpose. You're here early, which means you get to shape what I become.

If something feels broken, confusing, or just plain annoying — say so. There's a Give Feedback button in the menu. Nothing you say will hurt my feelings. I'm a plant.

📲 Add me to your home screen

Do this once so you stay signed in and I open like a real app — no code next time on this phone:

📱 iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button (the box with an ↑ arrow) at the bottom of the screen, scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen. From then on, open Plant Your Thoughts from that new icon — not from the email link.
🤖 Android (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, then tap Add to Home screen (or Install app). Open it from the new icon after that.

💡 I know talking apps can sometimes be a lot — you can turn my commentary off anytime using the 🔊 toggle in the sidebar. But even with it off, you can always ask me to read your planted Seeds back to you from inside your Garden.
